A macOS offload app for camera cards. It copies every clip, proves the copy byte-for-byte against the source, and files it into a Project / Date / Scene / Camera layout with an MHL sidecar. Then it labels the footage, learns the faces you teach it, and indexes all of it so you can find a clip a year later.

Mount the card
It copies every clip to your drive and hashes each one against the source as it goes. Companion files come along with their clip: Sony XML, RED RMD, Canon THM.
It proves the copy, then files it
Each file is verified byte-for-byte with xxHash64 and written into a Project / Date / Scene / Camera layout, with an MHL sidecar that opens in standard tools. Only then does it tell you the card is safe to reformat.
Find it a year later
Clips get labeled by what’s in them, grouped into scenes by time and visual similarity, and matched against faces you’ve added. Search across scene, people, camera, and project.

Built for our own offload first, because the alternative was dragging a card in Finder and hoping. It will not call a copy verified unless the hashes match.
The honest answers.
Does my footage get uploaded anywhere? +
Not by default. Labeling runs on your Mac through Ollama, or falls back to Apple’s built-in classifier and tells you when it does. There is a Claude option that sends a downscaled frame to Anthropic for better labels, and it ships turned off. You switch it on yourself, or never. There is no account and no telemetry.
Does it move or change my originals? +
No. It copies. Your originals sit on the card exactly as they were until you reformat it yourself.
How do I know the copy is good? +
Every file is hashed with xxHash64 and compared against the source. You get an MHL sidecar that verifies in standard tools. If a copy comes up short or fails, the app says so instead of reporting success.
Which cameras does it handle? +
RED, including every spanned segment, plus Sony, Canon, and Blackmagic have dedicated adapters. Anything else goes through a generic photo and video path. macOS 14 or later, Apple silicon or Intel.
What about the face matching? +
Off until you add reference photos. The embeddings stay in Application Support on your Mac and are never sent anywhere. Read the privacy notes before you point it at footage of real people at work. In most privacy law that data is a regulated category, and you are the one holding it.
