Tools for the people who run Sunday.
Sermon decks, Ableton sessions, volunteer schedules, live translation. Dictation and one-to-one texts off the same Mac. Built from a real weekend. Sold cheap on purpose.
If it only works because one tech director remembers the ritual, it wants to be a tool.
Sunday does not wait for the deck.
Duplicate last week. Re-date every slide. Pull the set from Planning Center. Rebuild the sermon from a Word doc. Text the volunteers. Hope Ableton matches the plan. Then the service starts anyway.
The playlist ritual
Last week, copied. Dates fat-fingered. Songs in the wrong order. A volunteer finds it at 7:40am.
The sermon rebuild
Forty-five slides, copied out of a manuscript, the night before. Every week.
The roster chase
Planning Center knows who is eligible. A spreadsheet decides who actually gets asked.
Talk it. Send it. Run Sunday.
Voicenator and Personal Text Campaign sit together: dictate the thank-you, send it one person at a time from your number. Sermon deck, scheduling, Ableton, playlist. Personal Text Campaign is the one you can buy today. Babel is not in this stack.
Voicenator
Hold a key. Talk. The text lands where you are.
Dictation that stays on the Mac. Hold Right-Option, speak the run of show or the pastor note or the thank-you, release. Cleaned-up text pastes into whatever app has focus. Personal, Text, Campaign, and Messages formats. No AI subscription. Names like Q-SYS, Dante, and Planning Center come out spelled right because it keeps a local vocab. Nothing leaves the building. Pair it with Personal Text Campaign when the next step is sending that note.
Personal Text Campaign
One message. One person at a time. From your number.
The volunteer thank-you. The note that Saturday moved. You write it once (or talk it into Voicenator). It sends each person a separate iMessage from the Mac in the booth, never a group thread. Preview, text yourself, send a sample, then send the list. The names never leave the machine. This one has a live checkout.
Message to ProPresenter
Needs your AI from $20/moDrop in the manuscript. Get native ProPresenter slides.
Someone on the team still rebuilds the sermon by hand the night before. This takes the Word doc the pastor already wrote and writes a real .pro deck against your church's templates. Fully editable in ProPresenter. Not a PDF pretending to be slides.
Client Center
Needs your AI from $20/moSchedule the weekend. Send the asks.
A Planning Center MCP. It proposes who should run each station, writes the assignments you approve, and sends the texts so you are not doing both jobs in a spreadsheet on Wednesday. You stay in the loop. It does not fire a volunteer email behind your back.
Ables Plan
Needs your AI from $20/moPlanning Center plan in. Rehearsal-ready Ableton session out.
Sunday's songs, keys, tempos, and order, injected into the Ableton template the band already rehearses against. Stems get matched. Locators land where AbleSet expects them. A MIDI track can advance ProPresenter. Preflight tells you about the missing stem on Thursday, not on the platform.
Babel needs its own computer.
Captions and voice in the room, on a machine you own. $1,000 one time. You supply the computer. No AI subscription. Not in the church stack.
How Sunday actually gets built.
Not a platform. A sequence of small tools that already match the software churches run.
Read the plan
Client Center pulls next Sunday out of Planning Center: stations, people, blockouts, who already served.
Approve, then send
You see every write before it happens. Approve it, and the asks go out. Nothing sends itself.
Build the message
Message to ProPresenter turns the pastor's manuscript into a native deck against your templates.
Compile playback
Ables Plan fills the Ableton template the band already knows. Missing stems fail on Thursday.
Run the room
Sunday Prep has the playlist. Segue handles the jumps.
Translate live
Babel captions or voices the room in the languages people actually showed up speaking. On the machine in the rack.
Same lane. Same Thursday problem.
Playlist build and Ableton jumps. Church work that is not the stack above, still here because it is church work.
Sunday Prep
Needs your AI from $20/moNext week's ProPresenter playlist, built before you sit down.
Reads next week's plan from Planning Center, mirrors last week's playlist, re-dates the structural slides, and matches the songs in service order. Dry-run by default. Backup and rollback before it writes.
Segue
Jump sections mid-set without a hard cut.
Turns an Ableton arrangement into a tablet setlist on the local network. Asking for the last chorus mid-verse produces a planned fade, not a cut the room hears as a mistake. Never mutates the session.
Sold cheap on purpose.
A church should not need a board vote to buy a Thursday tool. You already pay for Planning Center, ProPresenter, Ableton, and the volunteer who stays until 11. These should not be another line that loses the room.
Personal Text Campaign is $200 and you can buy it today. The rest of the stack: Message $200, Voicenator $150, Client Center $100, Ables Plan $200, Segue $99, Sunday Prep $199. All one time. Message, Client Center, Ables Plan, and Sunday Prep need your own AI, from about $20 a month. Voicenator, Personal Text Campaign, and Segue do not. Babel is not in that stack. $1,000 one time, plus a computer in the rack. No AI. Every tool here is macOS only. Babel is still a Mac, just not the one in the booth. Voicenator still only runs on the Mac it was built on, so it is not for sale until there is a build a tech director can actually install.
Got a Thursday that keeps going late?
Tell us the church, what you already run (Planning Center, ProPresenter, Ableton), and the part that breaks. We write back. Not a sequence.
