Little Brain
A forkable vault operating system for the founder running too many things.
One filing system for every brand, every client, every half-formed idea — built to run inside Claude Code. Little Brain is a structured vault: the same operating system behind a working portfolio of real brands and clients, packaged so you fork it once and it’s yours. It is opinionated on purpose. There is one right place for everything, and the AI knows it.
Not an app. A method you can run. Requires Claude Code, git, and Python. About ten minutes from download to your first brand.
Three steps. No drama.
Fork it once
Download the kit and run setup. The vault structure, registries, and conventions arrive intact — it’s yours from the first commit.
Scaffold your first brand
One command creates a brand the right way: folders, registry entry, templates. The guided onboarding walks you through it.
Let the AI work inside it
Open it in Claude Code. The AI reads the same maps and registries you do — there’s one right place for everything, and it knows where.
What it does.
- 01The full vault operating system — folders, registries, conventions
- 02Scaffolding scripts — a new brand or client in one command
- 03The generator — fork your method for a teammate without leaking your data
- 04Guided onboarding + principles doc, from empty vault to first brand
- 05Fork-once. Yours forever. No subscription.
The full kit.
- 01Architecture — a place for everything, with one authoritative map every agent reads before it writes
- 02Registries — JSON sources of truth that make your brands and clients real, resolvable, and impossible to lose
- 03Templates — every brand and client starts from the same clean skeleton
- 04Scaffolding scripts — bootstrap structure correctly every time; never hand-build folders again
- 05The generator — a sanitizer with a fail-closed leak scanner, so you can fork your vault’s method without your data
- 06Onboarding — a guided first run: scaffold a brand, onboard a client, delete the demo
- 07An empty skills shelf — by design. You get a guide to the best public skills and how to write your own. You own what you build.
Little Brain is the sanitized fork of a vault that runs a real multi-brand studio every day — the method is proven before you download it.
The honest answers.
Do I need Claude Code? +
Yes. Little Brain is a vault designed to run inside Claude Code, plus git and Python. It is the operating system the AI works inside — without Claude Code it’s just a very tidy folder structure.
Why does the skills folder ship empty? +
Because selling you other people’s skills would be theft, and selling you ours would be selling you our business. Little Brain is the operating system. It ships with a curated list of the best public skills to install and a guide to writing your own — which is where the real leverage is anyway.
Will it leak my data if I share it later? +
The kit includes the same generator that built it: a sanitizer with a fail-closed leak scanner. If you ever fork your method for a teammate, it strips your data and refuses to finish if anything sensitive slips through.
Do I get updates? +
You buy this version and own it. It doesn’t expire and works offline forever. If a major new version ships, it’s a separate, optional purchase — your copy keeps working untouched.
Refunds? +
It’s a digital download, so all sales are final — but if it’s genuinely broken on a supported setup, email and we’ll make it right.
Little Brain.
On the bench, in active development. Say hello and we’ll tell you the moment it ships — nothing else.
